Please enclose five (5) copies each of the following documents when submitting the Completed Form

Transcripts of Academic Record
Curriculum Vitae (updated)
Passport Pictures (3)

Please provide five (5) photocopies of the Application Form

Under our appointments procedure, an application for a post in the University has to be supported by appropriate references on the applicant. Names and Addresses of THREE referees are to be provided. At least, one referee should be a person under whom you have studied, and another under whom you have worked.
